MEDITATION OF THE FIVE ELEMENTS

The “Meditation of the Five Elements” method is the key practice for developing and building “The Genuine Small Qi Circulation” ability. The “Genuine Small Qi

Circulation” practice is the backbone of the traditional Qigong systems of Kumsan Qigong and Youngbo Pilbup.

If the practitioner has any internal energy imbalances that are often revealed as  problems of normal organ function then he or she can balance internal energy thus creating a sound, balanced and healthy body, through the practice of this           method.
